RODS
Pennell bamboo fly rod made by Montague. 1920's, nickel plated reel seat. I've been told this is high quality for Montague. Nine ft, 3 pc w/extra tip. Comes w/formcase and cloth bag. This rod is as nice as you will find, maybe never used. Formcase and bag show wear. $150.
I will describe these rods to the best of my ability. I am not a rod person. I've had some experts look at them, and my descriptions are based on what I was told. Prices as shown, or take all three for $200. Prices include shipping. As with my lures, 3-day return privelege.
Horrocks-Ibbotson 3 pc, nine ft w/extra tip. It says 'Wilson Flycaster' and has a decal that says 'Genuine Tonkin Cane'. The middle section is about 3/4" shorter than the tips. I was told it had probably been broken off, and the ferrule replaced. (last picture) Comes w/black cardboard tube. $70.
Kingfisher, 8 1/2 ft. I believe this is fiberglass. One guide has beed repaired, shown in 3rd photo. $22.
