Ed's Famous Venison Chile

2 lbs ground venison
1 medium onion, diced
2 16oz jars Chi-Chi's medium salsa
1 15oz can diced tomatoes w/jalepeno chiles
1 15oz can kidney beans (in spicy sauce if available)
1 15oz can pinto beans (in spicy sauce if available)
1 6oz can tomato paste
2 tsp chile powder
Optional-McIllhenny Tobasco Sauce


Brown venison in large chile pot over medium heat, add onion.
Cook approx 10 min, then add salsa, diced tomatoes, beans, tomato paste,
& chile powder.
Stir well.
Simmer 15 min, then add 4-6 dashes of tobasco sauce, stir well.
Simmer on low heat 30-45 minutes.

Serve in bowl topped w/shredded cheddar cheese.
